Our work is organized around three interconnected directions, all built on laser-based digital manufacturing.
1 · Laser Additive Manufacturing & Functional Materials
We develop direct laser writing, laser-induced graphene, and laser-guided assembly to fabricate electrodes, microgrids, and 3D self-rolled structures in a single step. Applications include energy storage, catalytic surfaces, and printed electronics.
2 · Flexible Wearable Electronics & Smart Sensing
We engineer skin-integrated and wearable sensing systems for human–machine interaction and health monitoring — including enzyme-free electrochemical detection of glucose, urea, and NAD+, and multimodal sports/health sensors based on laser-surface-micromachined diffusion layers.
3 · Energy, Water Treatment & Microrobotics
We apply laser manufacturing to atmospheric water harvesting, solar-driven evaporation, and self-rolled magnetic microrobots for targeted biofilm eradication in medical stents — pushing laser-made devices toward environment and biomedical impact.
